Thus, almost 260 students are currently enrolled in the programme at the Swiss institution \u2013 58 of them study in English while the rest in Italian. The newly accepted students were greeted by Dr. Zolt\u00e1n Zsolt Nagy, dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>Semmelweis University\u2019s Faculty of Health Sciences established an English language off campus BSc programme at the Lugano institution in 2009. The interest has continuously grown over the years in the northern regions of Italy as well, therefore the first Italian language class was launched in February 2013. The first graduating class received their diplomas last year.
