The medal was donated by Dr. S\u00e1ndor Pint\u00e9r, Interior Minister and presented by Dr. P\u00e9ter Tak\u00e1cs, State Secretary for Health of the Ministry of Interior.<\/div>\n<p>The Endre H\u0151gyes Award was founded in 1961 by the President of the Health Science Council (HSC), Dr. J\u00f3zsef S\u00f3s, and its Secretary, Dr. Zolt\u00e1n Alf\u00f6ldy.
