Entitled \u201cPerspective on the Relations of the Gulf Region and Hungary\u201d, the conference focused on opportunities for cooperation in the areas of economics and higher education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kuwait University\u2019s delegation, which consisted of President Abdullatif Ahmad Al-Bader, Vice-President for Academic Affairs Firyal Bou-Rabee and Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, director of the President\u2019s Office, held a meeting with Semmelweis University as part of their visit to Budapest. The Kuwaiti guests were received by Rector \u00c1goston Sz\u00e9l, Vice-Rector M\u00e1ria Judit Moln\u00e1r and Dr. Zolt\u00e1n Zsolt Nagy, vice-dean of the Faculty of Medicine. The meeting ended with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two institutions, laying the foundation for future collaborations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Qatar University\u2019s delegation, which had also come to Hungary in order to attend the conference, visited Semmelweis University as well.
