The awards were granted by dr. J\u00f3zsef B\u00f3dis (State Secretary responsible for knowledge and innovation management, Ministry for Innovation and Technology) and dr. J\u00f3zsef B\u00f3dis (State Secretary responsible for knowledge and innovation management, Ministry for Innovation and Technology) and dr.
