Of the 262 students who had studied in Hungarian, nearly 30 percent earned the Summa Cum Laude distinction. Ninety-nine of the graduating students had studied in English, while 22 completed the German-language programme.<!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<dl id=\"attachment_2044\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\">\n<dt class=\"wp-caption-dt\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2044\" title=\"Source: Kati Fot\u00f3\" src=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/english\/files\/2011\/07\/aok2010-300x173.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"173\" \/><\/dt>\n<dd class=\"wp-caption-dd\">Source: Kati Fot\u00f3<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At the Faculty of Health Sciences, 371 students -21 from abroad- received their diplomas, one-third of whom finished \u201cwith highest honour\u201d. The Nursing and Patient Care bachelor programme\u2019s Physiotherapist specialisation proved to be the most popular among students, accounting for 28 percent of the new diplomas granted by the Faculty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">One hundred and thirteen students completed their studies at the Faculty of Dentistry, 35 of whom had studied in English, and nine in German. A total of 26 Summa Cum Laude diplomas were presented at the Faculty.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Of the 80 diplomas awarded by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, nine were \u201cwith highest honour\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fresh graduates of the Faculty of Health and Public Administration earned their diplomas in one of the four different programmes on offer. Seventy diplomas were granted in the Institute of Mental Health\u2019s Specialised Qualifying Programme in Spiritual Counselling. It is projected that 18 newly trained health managers will also accept their diplomas later this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences\u2019s graduation ceremony is scheduled to take place on July 16, 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to the career tracking data accumulated by the Directorate General of Strategic Development and Management Affairs, more than 90 percent of those who graduated from the University within the last three years have found employment suited to their academic qualifications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">(Translated by Gina G\u00f6nczi)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every fourth fresh graduate of Semmelweis University finished their studies Summa Cum Laude.
