\u201cAnytime I enter the lobby of the Theoretical Building at Nagyv\u00e1rad t\u00e9r (NET) I always feel a sense of freedom descending upon me. The vast space has recently been turned into a real community area by the installation of fussball-, and ping-pong tables and comfy bean bags.\u201d, said Dr. G\u00e1bor Semsey, associate professor of the Institute of Mental Health of the Faculty of Health and Public Administration.<\/p>\n

During table tennis games he often meets colleagues of other institutes, which is a great opportunity for professional networking and the lounge area around the bar is often the cradle of the best professional ideas. It is not unusual to hold meetings sitting on the bean bags in the lounge.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I feel that I need a break I get up and come down here to walk around, to look at the beautiful stained glass or simply to relax on the bean bags. I am always fascinated by the vastness of this space.\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n\r\n [slb_exclude]\r\n

Sometimes his children come to visit him and the family have even held table tennis tournaments in the lobby. In this sense, the NET building has become a real child-friendly workplace.<\/p>\n

Dr. G\u00e1bor Semsey has been teaching at the Institute of Mental Health since 2007. As part of the training program, he leads a psychodrama self-awareness group, teaches facilitated discussions, which is the key subject of several courses at the Institution, as well as project management, especially for students of mental health.<\/p>\n
