The characteristics and development priorities of universities in emerging countries are also taken into consideration, such as industry relations and international perspectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeshighereducation.com\/world-university-rankings\/2019\/emerging-economies-university-rankings#!\/page\/0\/length\/25\/sort_by\/rank\/sort_order\/asc\/cols\/stats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The list includes 442 universities in 43 countries<\/a>, and Chinese higher education institutions (Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University) rank the highest. Among the Hungarian universities, Semmelweis ranks top with its 67<sup>th<\/sup> place, E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University is 119<sup>th<\/sup>, the University of P\u00e9cs is 141<sup>st<\/sup>, and the University of Szeged is 162<sup>nd<\/sup>.
