In the picture you can see the opening of the exhibition, in the background the main building of Corvinus University of Budapest with the Gaberi-statute, which was inaugurated recently at its southern end.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12185 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/english\/files\/2018\/03\/rosivall-szobor.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In the picture from the left to the right, rector of Alma Mater, Ludvic Toplak, previous rector of Semmelweis University, L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Rosivall, the first Prime Minister of the sovereign Slovenia, Lojze Peterle, the present President, Borut Pahor and the president of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, F\u00e9lix Unger as they are opening the exhibition.\u00a0 Many ambassadors participated at the event, among them was Edit Szil\u00e1gyin\u00e9 B\u00e1torfi.\u00a0 Professor Rosivall\u2019s presentation titled \u201eAll about people: Challenges for science and education\u201d had great interest among the international audience of the scientific conference. The presentation introduced that the life, work and results of Semmelweis carry perpetual moral that can be beneficial for researchers and lecturers. The inauguration of the statue will be on the birthday of the saviour of the mothers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In 2015, the 150<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of Semmelweis\u2019 death, the bronze statue based on professor L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Rosivall\u2019s idea, was inaugurated by Viktor Orb\u00e1n, Prime Minister, in Tehran.
