Its focus is on meeting the needs of direct and indirect partners, in particular students, external employers, clients of research and other services, including the national and international scientific community.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The quality management system covers all the health care activities of the University and all its employees in the health care service. It operates its quality assurance and quality development activities taking into account the needs and expectations of its direct and indirect partners \/ stakeholders. <br \/>\nThe university defines its quality management system based on the strategic objectives of higher education. The University declares its commitment to operate a comprehensive quality management system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <strong>Integrated Management System<\/strong> (IIR) of the University has been developed in accordance with the requirements of several international and Hungarian standards. In doing so, the University takes into account patients\u2019 preferences and the capacities available.<\/p>\n<h4>In the provision of healthcare, quality improvement activities are organized in accordance with the PDCA approach, within the framework of which:<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;\">In the <strong>planning phase<\/strong> of organizing our healthcare activities, we take into consideration social and professional expectations and prevailing trends. On this basis, we design the structure, processes, and practice of patient care, relying on scientific evidence in doing so.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We strive to organize healthcare delivery in an optimal manner; unnecessary, insufficiently effective or inefficient elements of the care portfolio are restructured in line with the evidence. In planning, we take into account any possibilities for applying evidence-based healthcare technologies. In designing processes, we consider known weaknesses, patient safety risks, and other risks, and we identify opportunities for their elimination. The necessary modifications are planned accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>We define, in discipline-specific terms, the expected level of performance, the objectives to be achieved, and the conditions required for achieving those objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;\">To ensure the proper implementation and continuous improvement of healthcare activities, we provide professional and technical support, as a result of which:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we assess the risks associated with patient care and strive to eliminate them;<\/li>\n<li>care is delivered by ensure the proper delivery of patient care, the University operates a <strong>monitoring and control<\/strong> system within the framework of which it evaluates the extent to which objectives have intervals;<\/li>\n<li>monitoring activities assess both the adequacy of work performance and the achievement of objectives;<\/li>\n<li>the opinions and feedback of patients and staff are collected,
