Dombr\u00e1di Viktor<\/strong> \u00e9s <strong>Sinka Fruzsina<\/strong> t\u00e1rsszerz\u0151ikkel a magyarorsz\u00e1gi mammogr\u00e1fi\u00e1s eml\u0151sz\u0171r\u0151program eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9g\u00e9t elemezt\u00e9k.<\/p>\n<p>A hazai szervezett mammogr\u00e1fi\u00e1s sz\u0171r\u0151program k\u00e9t \u00e9vtizede seg\u00edti az eml\u0151r\u00e1k korai felismer\u00e9s\u00e9t a 45\u201365 \u00e9ves n\u0151k k\u00f6r\u00e9ben. A kutat\u00e1s azt vizsg\u00e1lta, mennyire hat\u00e9kony ez a program: milyen ar\u00e1nyban jelennek meg a n\u0151k a vizsg\u00e1latokon, \u00e9s milyen eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gi el\u0151ny\u00f6ket jelent a kor\u00e1bbi diagn\u00f3zis azokhoz k\u00e9pest, akik nem vesznek r\u00e9szt a sz\u0171r\u00e9sen.<\/p>\n<p>Az orsz\u00e1gos adatok alapj\u00e1n a r\u00e9szv\u00e9teli ar\u00e1ny sajnos cs\u00f6kken\u0151 tendenci\u00e1t mutat. A sz\u0171r\u00e9s gyakoris\u00e1ga nagy ter\u00fcleti elt\u00e9r\u00e9seket mutat, ami m\u00f6g\u00f6tt a val\u00f3s k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9gek mellett adminisztrat\u00edv (k\u00f3dol\u00e1si) probl\u00e9m\u00e1k is \u00e1llhatnak. A vizsg\u00e1lat t\u00f6bb ezer, 2013 \u00e9s 2020 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt eml\u0151r\u00e1kkal diagnosztiz\u00e1lt n\u0151 adatait elemezte, \u00e9s egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171en azt tal\u00e1lta, hogy a sz\u0171r\u00e9ssel felfedezett daganatok kedvez\u0151bb tulajdons\u00e1g\u00faak, \u00e9s ritk\u00e1bban j\u00e1rnak \u00e1tt\u00e9tek jelenl\u00e9t\u00e9vel. A kor\u00e1bban felismert esetek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt j\u00f3val alacsonyabb a nyirokcsom\u00f3- \u00e9s t\u00e1voli \u00e1tt\u00e9tek ar\u00e1nya, mint azokn\u00e1l, akik nem vettek r\u00e9szt a sz\u0171r\u00e9sen.<\/p>\n<p>A t\u00fal\u00e9l\u00e9si adatok is meger\u0151s\u00edtik a sz\u0171r\u00e9s el\u0151nyeit: a sz\u0171r\u0151vizsg\u00e1lattal diagnosztiz\u00e1lt betegek k\u00f6r\u00e9ben l\u00e9nyegesen alacsonyabb az 1 \u00e9s 3 \u00e9ven bel\u00fcli hal\u00e1loz\u00e1s.
