Pollner P\u00e9ter <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00e9s igazgat\u00f3nk,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/emk\/oktatas\/munkatarsak-oktatoi-csapat\/szocska-miklos-dr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>dr. Sz\u00f3cska Mikl\u00f3s<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A kutat\u00e1s c\u00e9lja egy olyan m\u00f3dszer kifejleszt\u00e9se volt, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a <\/span><b>csontbiopszi\u00e1s mint\u00e1k h\u00e1romdimenzi\u00f3s rekonstru\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a megl\u00e9v\u0151 2D sz\u00f6vettani metszetek alapj\u00e1n. A vizsg\u00e1lat sor\u00e1n a csontbiopszi\u00e1s mint\u00e1kat dekalcin\u00e1lt\u00e1k (elt\u00e1vol\u00edtott\u00e1k bel\u0151l\u00fck a kalciumot), majd paraffinba \u00e1gyazt\u00e1k. Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en 5 mikrom\u00e9ter vastag metszeteket k\u00e9sz\u00edtettek a mint\u00e1kb\u00f3l, amelyeket hematoxilin-eozinnal festettek meg \u00e9s digit\u00e1lisan beszkennelt\u00e9k \u0151ket. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A k\u00e9pek elemz\u00e9s\u00e9re egy m\u00f3dos\u00edtott U-Net neur\u00e1lis h\u00e1l\u00f3zatot alkalmaztak a sz\u00f6vettani strukt\u00far\u00e1k kategoriz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ra, majd LoFTR alap\u00fa jellemz\u0151illeszt\u00e9st \u00e9s affinit\u00e1s-transzform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat haszn\u00e1ltak a 3D rekonstrukci\u00f3 elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez. A mikromorfol\u00f3giai param\u00e9tereket mind hisztol\u00f3giai (sz\u00f6vettani), mind mikro-CT adatokb\u00f3l elemezt\u00e9k.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Az \u00faj m\u00f3dszer kiv\u00e1l\u00f3, 95,26%-os pontoss\u00e1got \u00e9rt el, \u00e9s az F-mutat\u00f3ja 0,9320 volt, ami nagyfok\u00fa megb\u00edzhat\u00f3s\u00e1got jelez.
