A publik\u00e1ci\u00f3 az <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/adatvezerelt-egeszseg\/\">Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gbiztons\u00e1g Nemzeti Laborat\u00f3rium Adatvez\u00e9relt Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g Div\u00edzi\u00f3<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ban zajl\u00f3 kutat\u00e1s eredm\u00e9nyeir\u0151l sz\u00e1molt be.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A kutat\u00f3k formalin-fix\u00e1lt paraffinba \u00e1gyazott (FFPE) sz\u00f6vettani mint\u00e1kat haszn\u00e1ltak, \u00e9s ezekb\u0151l t\u00f6bb ezer spektrumot m\u00e9rtek az <\/span><b>FT-IR k\u00e9palkot\u00f3 rendszer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">rel. A kutat\u00e1s sor\u00e1n el\u0151sz\u00f6r dimenzi\u00f3cs\u00f6kkent\u0151 algoritmusokat haszn\u00e1ltak az adatok vizualiz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9s a h\u00e1tt\u00e9radatok elt\u00e1vol\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra. Ezut\u00e1n g\u00e9pi tanul\u00e1si modelleket alkalmaztak a norm\u00e1l \u00e9s daganatos sz\u00f6vetek spektrum\u00e1nak oszt\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A tanulm\u00e1ny kiemeli, hogy a <\/span><b>vastagb\u00e9lr\u00e1k <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a fejlett vil\u00e1g egyik leggyakoribb daganatos megbeteged\u00e9se, amely t\u00f6bbnyire seb\u00e9szeti beavatkoz\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyel. A kezel\u00e9s sikeress\u00e9ge nagym\u00e9rt\u00e9kben f\u00fcgg a daganat st\u00e1dium\u00e1t\u00f3l. A daganatok pontos elt\u00e1vol\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz fontos, hogy a seb\u00e9szek pontosan meghat\u00e1rozz\u00e1k a r\u00e1kos \u00e9s az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges sz\u00f6vetek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti hat\u00e1rvonalat. Az<\/span><b> FT-IR spektroszk\u00f3pia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> nem invaz\u00edv \u00e9s nem destrukt\u00edv technika, amely alkalmas a k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9gek kimutat\u00e1s\u00e1ra a norm\u00e1lis \u00e9s a daganatos sz\u00f6vetek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, \u00edgy potenci\u00e1lisan m\u0171t\u00e9tek sor\u00e1n is alkalmazhat\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A kutat\u00e1s j\u00f6v\u0151beli ir\u00e1nyai k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik az adatb\u00e1zis b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9se tov\u00e1bbi sz\u00f6vetmint\u00e1kkal, a g\u00e9pi tanul\u00e1si modellek hiperparam\u00e9tereinek finomhangol\u00e1sa, valamint egy olyan m\u00f3dszer kifejleszt\u00e9se, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a daganatos \u00e9s eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges sz\u00f6vetek val\u00f3s idej\u0171 megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztet\u00e9s\u00e9t a m\u0171t\u00e9tek sor\u00e1n FT-IR spektroszk\u00f3pia seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel.
