{"id":20550,"date":"2023-03-13T15:42:54","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T14:42:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/emk\/?page_id=20550"},"modified":"2024-09-16T13:46:08","modified_gmt":"2024-09-16T11:46:08","slug":"ja-heroes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/emk\/en\/projects\/ongoing-projects\/ja-heroes\/","title":{"rendered":"JA HEROES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>JA HEROES &#8211; Joint Action on HEalth woRkfOrce to meet health challEngeS (EU4Health Joint Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>01\/02\/2023 &#8211; 31\/01\/2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The HEROES Joint Action is a continuation of the first Joint Action on European Health Workforce Planning and Forecasting, and builds on the results of the <a href=\"http:\/\/healthworkforce.eu\/\">SEPEN Joint Tender \u201cSupport for the Health Workforce Planning and Forecasting Expert Network\u201d<\/a>. HEROES is aimed at improving the HWF planning capacities of European countries so to ensure accessibility, sustainability, and resilience of healthcare services. The JA addresses three main objectives: 1) to improve databases used in HWF planning; 2) to develop effective tools and methods to carry out HWF planning; 3) to define the best skill-mix needed by professionals to carry out HWF planning. Activities will be organized around three main clusters of countries with similar characteristics in their healthcare systems. For each of the three objectives, clusters will perform and \u201cas is\u201d analysis and define a desirable \u201cto be\u201d scenario at the Member State level. Finally, each country will design a road map and carry out an implementation strategy to cover the gap detected.
