Els\u0151sorban a mitokondrium Ca<sup>2+<\/sup>-anyagcser\u00e9j\u00e9t, ezen bel\u00fcl pedig a mitokondri\u00e1lis Ca<sup>2+<\/sup>-felv\u00e9tel visszacsatol\u00e1sos szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1t kutatjuk, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s tekintettel ezen mechanizmusok szerep\u00e9re a szteroidtermel\u00e9s szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban. Kor\u00e1bban igazoltuk bizonyos protein kin\u00e1zok (p38 MAPK, protein kin\u00e1z C), az optikus atr\u00f3fia 1 \u00e9s az intracellul\u00e1ris Mg<sup>2+<\/sup>-jel szab\u00e1lyoz\u00f3 szerep\u00e9t a mitokondrium Ca<sup>2+<\/sup> anyagcser\u00e9j\u00e9ben, jelenleg pedig a mitokondrium matrixban t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 Ca<sup>2+<\/sup>-f\u00fcgg\u0151 cAMP-k\u00e9pz\u0151d\u00e9s \u00e9s ennek biol\u00f3giai hat\u00e1sai \u00e1llnak \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00fck k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n<p>Kutat\u00e1saink m\u00e1sik f\u0151 ter\u00fclete a t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e9kfelv\u00e9tel \u00e9s energiaforgalom szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 hormonok \u00e9s medi\u00e1torok m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek vizsg\u00e1lata.
