Fontoss\u00e1ga ellen\u00e9re patomechanizmusa messze nem ismert el\u00e9gg\u00e9, a jelenlegi felfog\u00e1s szerint a s\u00falyos \u00e1llapot\u00e9rt a fert\u0151z\u00e9s, \u00e9s az arra adott nem adekv\u00e1t immunv\u00e1lasz egy\u00fcttesen felel\u0151sek. Mindemellett \u00a0\u2013 b\u00e1r \u00e9vek-\u00e9vtizedek \u00f3ta intenz\u00edven kutatott tudom\u00e1nyter\u00fcletr\u0151l van sz\u00f3 \u2013 meglep\u0151en kev\u00e9s ismerettel rendelkez\u00fcnk e bakteraemi\u00e1val jellemezhet\u0151 k\u00f3rk\u00e9pben a profi bakt\u00e9rium\u00f6l\u0151 sejt\u00fcnkr\u0151l, a neutrofil granulocit\u00e1kr\u00f3l (valamint diszfunkci\u00f3ikr\u00f3l, illetve esetleges, a szervezetet k\u00e1ros\u00edt\u00f3 hat\u00e1saikr\u00f3l).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Laborunk 2010-ben kezdett egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9st a szepszis kapcs\u00e1n Egyetem\u00fcnk Aneszteziol\u00f3gia \u00e9s Intenz\u00edv Ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s Klinik\u00e1j\u00e1val. Kutat\u00f3csoportunk kor\u00e1bban felfedezett egy \u00faj szab\u00e1lyoz\u00f3 molekul\u00e1t, az ARHGAP25-\u00f6t, mely fontos szerepet j\u00e1tszik a feh\u00e9rv\u00e9rsejtek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban a molekul\u00e1ris kapcsol\u00f3k\u00e9nt m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 Rac feh\u00e9rjeszab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1sa \u00e1ltal. Munk\u00e1nk c\u00e9lja az ARHGAP25 szerep\u00e9nek \u00e9s szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1nak felt\u00e1r\u00e1sa a \u00a0gyullad\u00e1ssal j\u00e1r\u00f3 betegs\u00e9gekben.
