The  aim of this laboratory is to reveal the relationship between the  structure and function of AT1Rs. Molecular biological and biophysical  methods are employed to investigate these questions, including studies  in expression systems using confocal microscopy, biochemical analysis of  signal transduction and intracellular trafficking pathways, and  resonance energy transfer methods.
