This Staff Week, initiated by the EUniWell Alliance’s Human Resources Working Group and hosted by Semmelweis University, focuses on one of the most important aspects of any organization’s life: staff well-being.<\/p>\n

As higher education and public sector institutions face growing academic, organizational, and social challenges, the role of\u00a0people-management and organizational development has never been more important.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This\u00a0EUniWell\u00a0Staff Week, hosted and organized by Semmelweis\u00a0University,\u00a0explores practical approaches to creating healthier, more sustainable, and more effective working environments in universities and public sector organizations. Participants will exchange experiences, discover successful practices, and reflect together on leadership, collaboration, well-being, and organizational development.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond discussions and workshops, this Staff Week aims to foster genuine connections, encourage mutual understanding and the sharing of ideas, as well as the contribution to building more caring, inclusive, and sustainable teams.<\/p>\n
