After several years of critical care research in the large animal laboratory at the University of Ulm, Germany, he earned a PhD at Semmelweis University with a dissertation on experimental therapies in a porcine model of resuscitated endotoxemia.<\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"p1\">He has been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education for decades, serves as the <strong>National Course Director for the ERC EPALS Course<\/strong>, and teaches adult and pediatric airway management.<\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"p1\">He is a member of several international societies (ESAIC, ESPA, ERC, ESICM) and sits on the boards of the <strong>Hungarian Society of Pediatric Anesthesia<\/strong> <strong>and Intensive Therapy<\/strong>, the <strong>Hungarian Society of<\/strong> <strong>Anesthesia and Intensive Therapy<\/strong>, and the <strong>Hungarian Resuscitation Council<\/strong>.<\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Bal\u00e1zs Hauser is an associate professor at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy and the Institute of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Patient Care, where he leads the pediatric anesthesia service.
