According to IFMSA Constitution and Bylaws, Program Coordinators need to be appointed during an EB Meeting, and this date was the date of the EB Meeting. After the appointment, we have internal processes of raising red flags in the TO. This is also the deadline TO members had to share the final selection. Thus the reason why the results of the second call and the third call are shared now. We apologize if it caused any confusion and we include here an announcement deadline to clarify.
