The IFMSA Standing Committee on Professional Exchange\u2019s (SCORE\u2019s) mission\u00a0is to offer future physicians a meaningful and memorable journey, through you both enrich yourself culturally and learn from the best specialists.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>What exactly is the SCOPE Exchange?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As part of the exchange program you can spend 4 weeks abroad working in a clinic. During this time, you will be introduced to the basic principles of the specialty you have chosen. You can master new methods and skills or improve on already existing ones. In your free time, social programs will be organised by the hosting association, where you can learn about their culture and make relations lasting a lifetime.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>How<\/b> <b>can you participate in the SCOPE Exchange?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Every <\/span><b>active BOE member<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> can apply for participation in the exchange program, who has a <\/span><b>proof of enrolment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in that academic year, an state-accredited <\/span><b>language exam in English or in the official language of the hosting country<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (at least level B2). Read more about the competition process in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/semmelweis.hu\/boe\/en\/exhanges\/documents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Exchange Terms and Conditions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each student can win one spot in one country in the competition at the <\/span><b>Professional and Research Exchange Spot Distribution<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The obtained spot allows you to participate in a 4 weeks long exchange in that country between 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of April and 31<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of March. You need to fill out the Application Form (AF) and upload the Cards of Document (CoD) on the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/exchange.ifmsa.org\/exchange\/\"><b>IFMSA\u2019s Exchange platform<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In case of a <\/span><b>bilateral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> contract the exchange fee is <\/span><b>40\u00a0000 Ft<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which has to be paid by the travelling student to BOE.\u00a0 In case of a <\/span><b>unilateral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> contract the exchange fee depends on the hosting country and have to be paid by the travelling student to the hosting NMO\/LC.
