credits that can be credited towards obtaining a degree in pharmacy on the basis of credits obtained from other higher education institutions,<\/li>\n<li>recognition of a subject completed at another higher education institution,<\/li>\n<li>if necessary, the substitutability of the credit value related to the recognized subject with another subject; and establishing its difference from other subjects, regulating the order of the credit transfer procedure,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>regulation of the registration of credit transfer applications,<\/li>\n<li>conducting a preliminary credit recognition procedure,<\/li>\n<li>consultation and decision preparation related to the introduction of new subjects,<\/li>\n<li>its competence also extends to the duties specified in legal, university
