A kutat\u00e1s sor\u00e1n C57Bl\/6J egereket injekt\u00e1lunk B16F10 \u00e9s YUMM1.7 melanoma sejtvonalakkal. A kutat\u00e1s hipot\u00e9zise szerint a YAP1 g\u00e1tl\u00e1s el\u0151seg\u00edtheti az anti-PD1 immuncheckpoint-g\u00e1tl\u00f3k hat\u00e1sait, ez\u00e1ltal potenci\u00e1lis kombin\u00e1ci\u00f3s ter\u00e1piak\u00e9nt szolg\u00e1lva a melanoma elleni kezel\u00e9sek ter\u00fclet\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Az kutat\u00e1snak k\u00e9t f\u0151 aspektusa van: az \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 kezel\u00e9sek \u00e9s a kombin\u00e1ci\u00f3s ter\u00e1pi\u00e1k hat\u00e1s\u00e1nak vizsg\u00e1lata mind a tumorn\u00f6veked\u00e9s, mind pedig a sz\u00edvfunkcionalit\u00e1s szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l. Ezen eredm\u00e9nyek egy\u00fcttesen a Farmakol\u00f3giai \u00e9s Farmakoter\u00e1piai Int\u00e9zettel val\u00f3 k\u00f6z\u00f6s munka keret\u00e9ben ker\u00fclnek \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sre.
