A SARS-CoV-2 v\u00edrus teljes genomja k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 29000 nukleotid hossz\u00fas\u00e1g\u00fa \u00e9s 25 v\u00edrusg\u00e9nt k\u00f3dol. Ezen v\u00edrusg\u00e9nekr\u0151l \u00e1t\u00edr\u00f3d\u00f3 feh\u00e9rj\u00e9k k\u00f6z\u00fcl a v\u00edrus szerkezeti fel\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt a burok (E\u2013envelope), a t\u00fcske (S\u2013Spike), membr\u00e1n (M\u2013Membrane) \u00e9s a nukleokapszid (N\u2013Nukleokapszid) feh\u00e9rj\u00e9k, funkcion\u00e1lis m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt pedig az RNS-f\u00fcgg\u0151-RNS polimer\u00e1z, az exonukle\u00e1z \u00e9s a metiltranszfer\u00e1z feh\u00e9rj\u00e9k felelnek. Ezen funkcion\u00e1lis, struktur\u00e1lis feh\u00e9rj\u00e9ket \u00e9rint\u0151 mut\u00e1ci\u00f3k n\u00f6velhetik a v\u00edrus fert\u0151z\u0151k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t, azaz a patogenit\u00e1s\u00e1t. Fontos azonban az is, hogy a v\u00edrus szerkezeti \u00e9s funkcion\u00e1lis feh\u00e9rj\u00e9i mellett, az \u00fagynevezett nem struktur\u00e1lis feh\u00e9rj\u00e9ket (NSP\u2013Non-structural proteins) \u00e9rint\u0151 mut\u00e1ci\u00f3knak is lehet szerep\u00fck a v\u00edrus patogenit\u00e1s\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n<p>A koronav\u00edrusok \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban stabil genommal rendelkeznek, amely az id\u0151 m\u00fal\u00e1s\u00e1val nagyon kev\u00e9ss\u00e9 v\u00e1ltozik. A SARS-CoV-2 kutat\u00e1s alapvet\u0151 k\u00e9rd\u00e9se, hogy a v\u00edrus id\u0151vel gyeng\u00fclhet-e vagy sem. A vizsg\u00e1lat sor\u00e1n az volt a c\u00e9lunk, hogy olyan v\u00edrusmut\u00e1ci\u00f3kat azonos\u00edtsunk, amelyek \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sbe hozhat\u00f3k a v\u00edrusfert\u0151z\u00e9s s\u00falyoss\u00e1g\u00e1val \u2013 mutatott r\u00e1 Nagy \u00c1d\u00e1m, a Bioinformatikai Tansz\u00e9k egyetemi tan\u00e1rseg\u00e9de. Az eredm\u00e9nyeink azt mutatj\u00e1k, sz\u00e1mos ilyen mut\u00e1ci\u00f3 van. A nukleokapszid feh\u00e9rje eset\u00e9ben azonos\u00edtottuk a legt\u00f6bb olyan mut\u00e1ci\u00f3t (P13L, S194L, R203K, G204R \u00e9s I292T), amelyek eset\u00e9n a betegs\u00e9g lefoly\u00e1sa s\u00falyosabb volt.
