A program c\u00e9lja, hogy struktur\u00e1lt, gyakorlatorient\u00e1lt form\u00e1ban mutassa be a modern orvosbiol\u00f3giai kutat\u00e1sokban \u00e9s a prec\u00edzi\u00f3s orvosl\u00e1sban alkalmazott bioinformatikai \u00e9s adatelemz\u00e9si m\u00f3dszereket.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A kurzus sor\u00e1n a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k \u00e1tfog\u00f3 ismereteket szereznek a bioinformatikai alapelvekr\u0151l, a klinikai genomika \u00e9s proteomika alkalmaz\u00e1si lehet\u0151s\u00e9geir\u0151l, valamint a mesters\u00e9ges intelligenci\u00e1n \u00e9s g\u00e9pi tanul\u00e1son alapul\u00f3 analitikai megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9sekr\u0151l. A tananyag kiemelten foglalkozik a statisztikai modellez\u00e9s, a predikt\u00edv analitika, a nagym\u00e9ret\u0171 genomikai \u00e9s transzkriptomikai adatok feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1nak gyakorlati aspektusaival, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 az integr\u00e1lt, multi-omikai elemz\u00e9si strat\u00e9gi\u00e1kkal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A k\u00e9pz\u00e9s fel\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se elm\u00e9leti \u00e9s gyakorlati modulokb\u00f3l \u00e1ll.
