Tanulm\u00e1nyaim sor\u00e1n akt\u00edvan r\u00e9szt vettem a Debreceni Egyetemi Tehets\u00e9ggondoz\u00f3 Programban (DETEP), ahol kutat\u00e1saimat HeLa cornea sejtvonalakon v\u00e9geztem. A projekt c\u00e9lja a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 hull\u00e1mhossz\u00fas\u00e1g\u00fa f\u00e9nykezel\u00e9sek sebgy\u00f3gyul\u00e1sra gyakorolt hat\u00e1sainak vizsg\u00e1lata volt, amely sor\u00e1n elsaj\u00e1t\u00edtottam a Fiji k\u00e9pelemz\u0151 szoftver haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1t, \u00e9s lehet\u0151s\u00e9gem ny\u00edlt a laborat\u00f3riumi munka \u00e9s a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9pes adatfeldolgoz\u00e1s \u00f6tv\u00f6z\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><br \/>\n\u00c9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9sem k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ba fokozatosan a biotechnol\u00f3gia \u00e9s a molekul\u00e1ris diagnosztikai m\u00f3dszerek ker\u00fcltek. MSc kutat\u00e1somat a Gy\u00f3gyszertechnol\u00f3giai Tansz\u00e9ken v\u00e9geztem, ahol liposz\u00f3ma-alap\u00fa siRNS-komplexeket \u00e1ll\u00edtottam el\u0151 mikrofluidikai technol\u00f3gia alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1val, folyamatosan optimaliz\u00e1lva a rendszert a m\u00e9rt param\u00e9terek alapj\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\">Jelenleg a Bioinformatikai Tansz\u00e9ken dolgozom <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><b>Dr. Fekete J\u00e1nos<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"> \u00e9s <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><b>Dr. Munk\u00e1csy Gy\u00f6ngyi<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"> t\u00e9mavezet\u00e9s\u00e9vel.
