Az EpigenPlot jelenleg vastagb\u00e9lsz\u00f6vetek (norm\u00e1l, adenoma, adenokarcinoma) tanulm\u00e1nyoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas 2346 minta alapj\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Az \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00e1s els\u0151sorban g\u00e9n alap\u00fa, nem tartalmazza a genom interg\u00e9nikus r\u00e9gi\u00f3inak vizsg\u00e1lat\u00e1t. N\u00e9gy f\u0151 funkci\u00f3ja van: g\u00e9n, g\u00e9n r\u00e9gi\u00f3 (pl. els\u0151 exon, 5\u2019UTR), CpG (egy g\u00e9nen bel\u00fcl) \u00e9s KEGG-\u00fatvonal szinten lehet elemz\u00e9seket v\u00e9gezni. A felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 a vizsg\u00e1land\u00f3 g\u00e9n metil\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t sz\u00f6vett\u00edpusonk\u00e9nt (norm\u00e1l, tumor) \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edtva, illetve g\u00e9n r\u00e9gi\u00f3kra lebontva \u00e1br\u00e1zolhatja, ami lehet\u0151s\u00e9get ad a lehets\u00e9ges biomarkerek valid\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A CpG szint\u0171 elemz\u00e9s eset\u00e9n a g\u00e9n ter\u00fclet\u00e9n vizsg\u00e1lt \u00f6sszes CpG \u00e1br\u00e1zol\u00e1sra ker\u00fcl \u00e9s interakt\u00edv m\u00f3don kiv\u00e1laszthat\u00f3 a megc\u00e9lzand\u00f3 l\u00f3kusz, amir\u0151l \u00edgy t\u00f6bb inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 szerezhet\u0151. Mindemellett ez a funkci\u00f3 alkalmas a CpG szigetek metil\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1nak szeml\u00e9ltet\u00e9s\u00e9re is. Nagy m\u00e9ret\u0171 \u00e9s\/vagy sok Cp<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;text-align: left\">G l\u00f3kuszt tartalmaz\u00f3 g\u00e9n eset\u00e9n lehet\u0151s\u00e9g van az \u00e1br\u00e1zolt r\u00e9gi\u00f3 lesz\u0171k\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re is.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A KEGG \u00fatvonal szint\u0171 elemz\u00e9s egy adott \u00fatvonalhoz tartoz\u00f3 tetsz\u0151leges sz\u00e1m\u00fa (n) g\u00e9n \u00e1br\u00e1zol\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas. A g\u00e9nek a metil\u00e1ci\u00f3 v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s m\u00e9rt\u00e9ke szerint rangsorolva vannak \u00e9s az ennek a sornak megfelel\u0151 els\u0151 n g\u00e9n ker\u00fcl \u00e1br\u00e1zol\u00e1sra. Ezen k\u00edv\u00fcl az \u00fatvonal \u00f6sszes g\u00e9nje megtekinthet\u0151 egy t\u00e1bl\u00e1zatban.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Minden elemz\u00e9s eset\u00e9n tetsz\u0151leges \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00fa adatszett (pl. csak ugyanabb\u00f3l a szem\u00e9lyb\u0151l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 norm\u00e1l-tumor p\u00e1rokat tartalmaz\u00f3), illetve platform (HM450K vagy EPIC) v\u00e1laszthat\u00f3.
