A laborunkban haszn\u00e1lt Illumina NextSeq 500 \u00fajgener\u00e1ci\u00f3s szekven\u00e1tor t\u00f6bbf\u00e9le alkalmaz\u00e1sban is haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3, melynek f\u00fcggv\u00e9ny\u00e9ben az egyszerre vizsg\u00e1lhat\u00f3 maxim\u00e1lis mintasz\u00e1mok \u00e9s szekven\u00e1l\u00e1si id\u0151k a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k: teljes genom (30 minta, 29 \u00f3ra), teljes exom (12 minta, 18 \u00f3ra), transzkriptom (16 minta, 18 \u00f3ra), c\u00e9lzott panel (96 minta, 29 \u00f3ra), g\u00e9n expresszi\u00f3s profil (40 minta, 11 \u00f3ra).
