Csik Ferenc volt a p\u00e9ldak\u00e9pe \u00e9s az akkoriban vil\u00e1gels\u0151 magyar n\u0151i \u00fasz\u00f3sport kiv\u00e1l\u00f3s\u00e1gainak egyike volt. 1942-t\u0151l a Magyar \u00dasz\u00f3 Egyletn\u00e9l, majd a Ferencv\u00e1rosi Torna Clubn\u00e1l \u00faszott. 1947-t\u0151l 1953-ig a magyar v\u00e1logatott tagja. Az 1952-es helsinki olimpi\u00e1n a Nov\u00e1k Ilona, Temes Judit, Nov\u00e1k \u00c9va, Sz\u0151ke Katalin, Littomeritzky M\u00e1ria \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00fa 4 \u00d7 100 m\u00e9teres arany\u00e9rmes gyorsv\u00e1lt\u00f3 tagja, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 200 m\u00e9teres mell\u00fasz\u00e1sban \u00e9s 400 m\u00e9teres gyors\u00fasz\u00e1sban ez\u00fcst\u00e9rmet nyert. T\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r\u00f6s vil\u00e1gcs\u00facstart\u00f3; 1950-ben az els\u0151 magyar \u00fasz\u00f3n\u0151k\u00e9nt vil\u00e1gcs\u00facsot \u00faszott. Gyermekkor\u00e1t\u0151l kezdve seg\u00edtette \u0151t edz\u0151je, Hunyadi Istv\u00e1n. Pierre Gerard belga sport\u00fajs\u00e1g\u00edr\u00f3val k\u00f6t\u00f6tt h\u00e1zass\u00e1ga nyom\u00e1n f\u00e9rj\u00e9hez Br\u00fcsszelbe ment. Befejezte a Semmelweis Egyetem jogel\u0151d int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny\u00e9ben, a budapesti Semmelweis Orvostudom\u00e1nyi Egyetemen kor\u00e1bban megkezdett tanulm\u00e1nyait \u00e9s orvosi diplom\u00e1t szerzett. A belga f\u0151v\u00e1rosban szemseb\u00e9szk\u00e9nt dolgozott, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 folytatta sportp\u00e1lyafut\u00e1s\u00e1t is \u00e9s t\u00f6bb belga bajnoki c\u00edmet nyert. Az 1956-os ny\u00e1ri olimpi\u00e1n Belgium sz\u00edneiben indult. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">F\u00e9rje hal\u00e1la ut\u00e1n a kilencvenes \u00e9vek elej\u00e9n k\u00f6lt\u00f6z\u00f6tt vissza Magyarorsz\u00e1gra. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dr. Nov\u00e1k \u00c9va olimpiai bajnok \u00fasz\u00f3 75 \u00e9ves kor\u00e1ban, 2005.06.30-\u00e1n <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hunyt el.
