How can we prevent the patient to sue us? How to avoid the case escalating into a trial? What kind of rights does the doctor have?
I will try to answer these sort of questions and provide some useful advices, as well. Our goal has to be that the medical staff could do its job without fear from lawsuits.<\/div>\n
