The Students\u2019 Union (H\u00d6K)<\/h1>\n

<\/a>The Students\u2019 Union<\/a> ensures that the interests of the university\u2019s students are represented on all platforms. The elected members of the Students\u2019 Union participate in the meetings of the Senate, where they represent the students\u2019 academic and social interests. In addition to representing students’ interests, the H\u00d6K is actively involved in organizing events such as the Freshers’ Camp, the Freshman Ball, semester opening and closing parties, and the International Semmelweis Carnival.<\/p>\n

International Students\u2019 Committee<\/h3>\n

International Students\u2019 Committee is a new division of the Students\u2019 Union in charge of international students\u2019 affairs<\/a>. Their goal is to develop and improve the\u00a0 students\u2019 lifestyle at the university and try to solve the problems international students might be facing. There are different committees at the Students\u2019 Union and members of the various committees and the International Students\u2019 Committee work in parallel to provide assistance to international students\u2019 needs in each and every aspect. The Students\u2019 Union maintains a public register of self-active groups for university citizens<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Doctoral Students\u2019 Union (D\u00d6K)<\/h1>\n

It plays a vital role in advocating for the academic, social, and professional interests of PhD students through science outreach, community building, grant-making, event organization, and fostering communication between students and university leadership. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Semmelweis Alumni<\/h1>\n
